Handcrafted table lamp with 100% natural fabric shade in animal and secenic pattern. Creates soft, diffused light without synthetic fibers or flame retardant treatments. Features inline switch and fabric-covered cable.

Regular Maintenance:
Dust weekly with soft brush or lint roller to prevent buildup
Spot Cleaning:
Unplug lamp. Use damp cloth with mild soap for stains. Air dry completely before use.
Deep Cleaning:
Remove shade from frame. Hand wash in cool water with gentle detergent. Air dry flat, away from direct sunlight. Reassemble when completely dry.

Never machine wash
Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach
Don't immerse electrical components in water
Keep away from direct sunlight when possible to prevent fading

What it replaces: Polyester or nylon fabric lamps with synthetic flame retardant coatings. These alternativesare made from petroleum-based materials that off-gas when heated, shed microplastic particles through use and washing, and yellow or become brittle within 2-3 years.
Why it matters: Your bedside lamp heats up to 60-80°C when in use. Synthetic fabric shades release measurable VOCs (formaldehyde, styrene) at these temperatures - chemicals you breathe while sleeping, reading, or relaxing in your bedroom. Natural cotton stays chemically inert when heated. No off-gassing, no microplastic shedding, no flame retardant chemicals accumulating in bedroom dust.

FAQ's

E14 fitting (small screw base), maximum 40W. We recommend 5-7W LED in warm white (2700K) for best light quality and energy efficiency. Bulb not included but available separately.

All our corded lights come with a Uk 3 Pin Plug and 150cm Fabric Wrapped cord, check the product description but most of our lamps now include a bulb!
